Exciting news! We've finalized the arrangements for our upcoming family reunion, and we're thrilled to share that we've selected the Fairfield Inn and Suites Dallas Plano/ The Colony as our venue. We believe it will be the perfect setting for our gathering.

Here are the details for the hotel booking:

• Room Rates available from Thursday through Sunday:

  • Single (King) Bed: $129 plus tax per night

    • Check-In: 3:00 PM CST​

    • Check-Out: 12:00 PM CST

    • Complimentary On-Site parking

    • Minimum Check-In age: 18​

    • Parking is FREE

    • Breakfast is complimentary (FREE)

    • Wifi is FREE

The hotel also offers the following: Gift Shop , Convenience Store, Outdoor Pool, Whirlpool, Digital Check-In, Meeting Space, Fitness Center, On-Site Laundry.

However, the Texas Committee has contracted the following arrangement for Queen/Double (2 QUEEN BEDS) rooms with the Courtyard by Marriott  (next door to the Fairfield:  the two properties share a parking lot), at the same rate of $139 per night plus taxes. The Reunion is obligated to book at least 15 rooms each on Friday and Saturday to avoid a penalty.
