All pricing includes delivery and pickup to the hotel, along with a 3-day rental. Equipment would be delivered in advance of arrival and would be ready for pickup as soon as your attendees arrive and can be used for the duration of their stay.

In order to qualify for the discount, rentals will need to be reserved by July 10, 2026. We can accommodate last minute reservations up until the day before if needed, but will be charged the full retail rate.
